Counter-Notification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access within 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to prevent further infringement.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we will terminate the accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers, as appropriate.
